Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a valid and binding contract between you ("Member") and winrm88 ("Platform"). Use of the website, mobile application or any related services automatically means you accept all terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. winrm88 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for any changes periodically.

Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Update your personal information should any changes occur
• Keep your password and login details confidential
• Notify winrm88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Not transfer or share your account with any third party

winrm88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport for account verification purposes at any time. Failure to comply with this request may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

Age Limit & Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, account applicants must ensure that the use of online gambling services is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in their area of residence. winrm88 bears no legal responsibility arising from the use of the platform by individuals in areas with relevant legal restrictions.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are not subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from using this service.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the winrm88 platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used during the deposit

winrm88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal request that exceeds a certain limit or is deemed to require further verification for compliance purposes related to anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by winrm88 are subject to their respective specific conditions. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers in general:

• A 150% welcome bonus of up to RM888 is given on a new member's first deposit
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received
• For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM2,250 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Second example: a deposit of RM1,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM888, bringing the balance to RM2,088 with a wagering requirement of RM13,320
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements
• winrm88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through dishonest means or promotion abuse

VIP members are also eligible for weekly cashback based on their membership tier, starting from 0.2% for Bronze tier up to 0.8% for Diamond tier. Detailed terms for each promotion are stated separately on the relevant promotions page.

Game Rules

The winrm88 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and crash games. The following general rules apply to all game categories:

• Game results produced by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed
• Sports betting results depend on the official results of the relevant sporting event
• Any technical error or system disruption during an active game session will be handled in accordance with winrm88's internal resolution policy
• The use of automated assistance software, bots or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited
• winrm88 reserves the right to void bets placed during a significant technical error on the system

Member Responsibilities

Each winrm88 member bears full responsibility for the following:

• Ensuring all gambling activities are carried out responsibly and within personal financial means
• Not using funds that do not belong to them or borrowed funds for gambling purposes
• Reporting any gambling-related difficulties promptly to the winrm88 support team
• Comply with all local rules and laws relating to online gambling
• Not engage in any form of fraud, hacking attempts, or activities that undermine the integrity of the platform

Account Termination & Suspension

winrm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is a breach of any provision in these terms, including but not limited to:

• Falsification of registration information or identity verification
• Ownership of multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Interference with platform operations or the experience of other members

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid account balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winrm88 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or platform unavailability that are beyond winrm88's reasonable control
• Loss or damage suffered as a result of a user's failure to comply with these terms
• Any unauthorised third-party activity on a member's account
• Unfavourable game or betting outcomes

Gambling involves significant financial risk. Members acknowledge that they understand this risk and act of their own free will with full awareness.

Amendments to Terms

winrm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website.
